    Job Description
    • Sourcing through job portals, social networking sites and head hunting
    • Converting passive candidates into active applicants for Syntel KPO jobs
    • Schedule interviews and maintain accurate tracking through Applicant Tracking of the progress of each applicant.
    • Interview prospective employees using a profile interviewing process.
    • Provide input to hiring manager regarding hiring decisions.
    • Generate new employee packets to keep up with demand.
    • Accurate compilation of paperwork once applicant is offered job
    • MIS Reporting
    "Candidates pursuing last semester exams for BBA ( HR) or Post Graduation may also apply"
