    Functional AreaTechnical Support / Helpdesk
    IndustryBPO / Call Center

    Basic Criteria: (Mandatory)

    ·Communication (Verbal): Able to speak Good English in a clear and fluent manner & Manageable Hindi

    ·Excellent knowledge of Networking concepts
    ·Experience in Technical (Network) troubleshooting:
    ·For BE/BTech candidates-1.6 yrs of TSE,International Voice(BPO) Exp.
    ·Complete Day Shift
    ·Cab provided
    ·5 working days/week
    ·Immediate Joinees
    ·Should have relevant Education & Work Experience documents like Offer letter,Experience letter,Last 3 months payslips,Relieving letter etc.

    Skills Required:
    ·Understanding/Comprehending skills.
    ·Logical thinking.
    ·Tech Support skills.
    ·Basic phone etiquette.
