    Position – Digital Marketing Manager

    Job responsibilities
    • Generating online sales for our elearning portal
    • Responsible for Website Management/ Promotion, Organic Rankings,Analytics & Online Customer Acquisitions Strategies/ Online Sales
    • Identify, source and manage affiliate partnerships with the goal of driving revenue for Think Glory.
    • Identify and establish affiliate partnerships to ensure broad distribution of ThinkGlory’s elearning programs
    • Monitor partner activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend
    • ways to increase affiliate revenues
    • Negotiate with affiliate partners for premium placement using performance-based metrics
    • Hands-on experience on online marketing techniques like search engine optimization (SEO) & search engine marketing (SEM PPC campaigns) on the web & the mobile platform.
    • Should have requisite knowledge on online display advertising including media buying, remarketing, campaign scheduling, etc and measure & monitor key success factors.
    • Should be well-versed with web analytics tools like Google Analytics to draw inferences & customer insights.
    • Should have a creative bent of mind to be capable of coming up with innovate ideas for website design & online user experience.
    • Strong knowledge on the enhancing brand presence and buzz through social media channels like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and other emerging social media forums.
    • Should have excellent communication & presentation skills.

    Atleast 3+ years of Digital Marketing experience across media – Search, Social, Affiliate Networks and others.

    Personality Traits: Self motivated, team person, always open to learning and sharing.

    Net salary – 3-4 Lac p.a. plus variable plus stock options. Annual performance based bonuses do not have any cap but may fall in range of Rs. 1,00,000 to Rs. 2,00,000.
