    Doing Good Fellows, a Non Profit startup founded by a young team of graduates from Stanford, Harvard and IITs, is looking for hire a ‘Partnerships and Growth Manager’ for our Mumbai office (www.doinggoodfellows.org). We are a consumer internet tech startup with users in 16 countries and are expanding everyday.

    We are seeking a “Partnerships and Growth Manager” for Doing Good Fellows

    • Lead the growth of users, non profits and corporate partners by innovating and transforming to impact KPIs including acquisition rate, churn rate and social impact metrics
    • Build partnerships and tie-ups, conduct events across India with an extreme passion to grow your professional network
    • Prepare professional presentations and collateral necessary for approaching prospective partners
    • Assess progress towards quarterly and annual goals

    Qualification and experience

    • Post-Graduate, preferably an MBA with experience in consulting / marketing/ financial services / business development
    • Proven track record of leadership and/or entrepreneurial experience
    • Outstanding oral and written communications skills
    • Detail oriented, with strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
    • Strong computer-related ability, particularly with respect to client management databases, Salesforce, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Social Media
    • Demonstrated success and knowledge of fundraising or business / partnership development
    • Highly effective interpersonal skills: warmth, tact, diplomacy and creativity
    • Ability to work in a collaborative, multi‐disciplinary, start-up environment as part of a closely-knit team (demonstrating patience, tenacity and grace under pressure)

    2. An ambitious but realistic vision for the product, team and milestones for the organization
    3. Proven track record of leading and managing teams with experiences of failures and successes
