    Location: Noida, India


    Looking for energetic, focused, result oriented Sales Head for Noida location. The incumbent will lead the enterprise sales team located across metros across India (Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai and Bangalore).

    He will be responsible for setting targets for the team and ensuring each member achieved them (across product line), he himself will have to focus on creating an environment for sales team to chase and over achieve the set goals.

    Should have at least 10 – 15 years of experience in Enterprise Solutions Sales having successful track record of achieving sales targets. Individuals with experience in Enterprise selling with consultative approach will be given preference.

    Must have exposure to interaction with CTO’s, CXO level executives and should have excellent communication & relationship management skills.

    Key Responsibilities will be:-

     Responsible for Sales ACL Solutions and to Enterprises (large Corporate and SME).
     Head a Sales Team spread across India (Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad , Chennai and Bangalore)
     Shall Carry Set Targets and drive towards Achievement of the same.
     Ensure Customer Satisfaction & Retention.
    Key Result Area:
    1. Target growth opportunities; acquire new customers, open new territories within your region for our products alongside maintain and grow the existing relationships.
    2. Proactively seek key partnerships and close business deals.
    3. Communicate and resolve the disconnects/ escalation.
    4. Sales-Vas Services (Push, Pull solutions, SMS related applications, Voice products, USSD and Data solutions).
    Skill Set:
    • Go-getter with Good Relationship Building Skills is a must.
    • Extensive knowledge & experience of the telecom/VAS domain will be preferred but not essential.
    • Good present ability& Communication Skills is essential
    • Ability to present and sell solutions.
    • Strong people and Team skills.
    • Equally formidable creative, quantitative, and analytical skills.
    • Experience with technology and business development.

    Preferred Industry/ Organization
    Mobile VAS, Telecom, B2B industry

    Experience (in years) Reporting to Education

    10-15 in Solution Selling to Enterprises
    Sr. VP Enterprise Post Graduate (MBA) who can understand technology. (Engineering Graduates with MBA from premier institute will be preferred)
