    Job Profile

    Visit new customers to build database/ Visit on appointments fixed by Tele Team.
    1. Will be responsible for profiling the customers on certain parameters and mapping their requirements
    2. Ask questions such as : how many people travel abroad and on what frequency
    3. Pitching product basic value proposition to create awareness & interest Features/Benefits etc
    4. Generate Lead & align partners for closure
    5. Pitching XIM Value prop- Features/Benefits etc
    6. Ensure Sales fulfillment through Partners
    7. Follow up with Partner & Customer till Closure
    8. Should understand the direct sales process and language
    9. Ensure regular & timely reporting

    Skills Required
    •Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills
    •Excellent interpersonal skills with a can-do, high-energy attitude.
    •At least 0-2 years working experience within a sales environment preferably Telecom.
    •Capable of doing channel sales as well, however, they may not have any prior channel experience
    •Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels
    •Experience of handling B2B Customers
    •Must be confident, good Comm. Skills with Verbal Skills set
    •Contribute towards organizational requirements that may come from time to time
    •Ability to perform effectively when there is pressure peaks
    •Ability to build strong working relationships (internal/external)
    •Capable of making healthy relationship with customers
